Mixology & Private Dinning by Chef Pao

Following my  families Culinary  gifts , since very young I learned to  weave amazing dishes together  from the abundance herbs and  food  in amazing Isla de Puerto Rico. I was  fortunate to land in the big city specifically  

The Big - Bronx which was bursting with a diversity of cuisine & flavor Id never dreamed of .  

Having spent some time in the fine city  night life i learned  various of trades from Mixologist ,to Management & Liquor distribution from one of the biggest companies in the city . I found an even bigger love for experimenting with the liquid side of flavors . 

Blending the two is my  favorite middle ground. 

 Having the honor to work alongside some of the best Chefs , Event Coordinators , & Mixologist  in the city i continue to master my craft & bring you an unforgettable experience every time - Chef Pao
